Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused items in their original professional packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned supplies to ensure they meet hygiene standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
